The Clinic

The clinic was established in 2002 and located in Potters Bar main high street just 5 minutes’ drive from M25 junction 24. Since opening, we have received great customer satisfaction from local residents and from long-distance patients from as far afield as Manchester, Birmingham and Holland by recommendation from our patients. The clinic is fully insured and registered to the British Acupuncture Council and the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine. We aim to offer complementary and alternative therapies to the patients with pain and stress issues. All treatments are provided by licensed and qualified practitioners who are highly trained and talented with many years of clinic working experience.

Jun Yang

Acupuncturist and Herbalist

Member of the British Acupuncture Council

Yang was graduated from China’s top medicine university, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 1989. He was obtained the bachelor’s degree in acupuncture and deep tissue Massage. After graduating he worked for the well-known Beijing Capital hospital neurological department and latterly was promoted to chief acupuncturist. After moving to the UK, he has spent four years working as an acupuncturist and massage therapist at St. Mary’s hospital in London before setting up his own practice. Yang is specialised in pain relief treatment across various conditions, such as Sciatica, Acute lumbar sprain, frozen shoulder, etc. He is also expert in treating stress, hormonal disorders and skin diseases.

Jun Shi

Acupuncturist and Herbalist

Member of the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Shi graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine with a Bachelor’s degree and qualification in acupuncture and herbal medicine. She joined the Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1991 and was promoted to be a senior acupuncturist in the department. She moved to the UK in 2002 and started working for Acumagic. Shi has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of pain relief, stress management, digestive disorders, menopausal syndrome, infertility and Gynaecological problems both in China and the UK. She has successfully helped many patients bring new babies to their family.
